He uses psychodynamic and relational principles to help clients gain deeper insights into their past experiences and how these impact their current life situations. He is currently training in Transactional Analysis.

Arushi Bradu

Individual & Group Psychotherapist

Arushi is a Relational, Psychodynamic psychotherapist with roots in Therapeutic Community principles. She has been working with young adults since 2016. She was previously a consultant at Hank Nunn Institute and is presently in the final year of her training in Group Analysis. She believes that an individual cannot be isolated from their surrounding socio-cultural, economic and political overtone and her approach to therapeutic work reflects the same.

Yasmin Paul

Individual & Group Psychotherapist (Consultant)

Yasmin is a practicing psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and communities navigating psycho-socio-cultural vulnerabilities. She is currently in the Qualifying Year of Group Analytic training.Her work is informed by a Relational Psychodynamic approach, integrating a trauma-informed, social justice lens that is anti-caste, neurodiversity and queer-affirming, and kink-aware.
